. This 13-week travel respiratory therapy job offers a dynamic clinical environment where you can use your expertise with adult, pediatric, infant, and neonatal patients. Hours:
36 hours per week - Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,380 - $1,480
- Charting System: Tru Bridge - Evident
- Orientation: 1 day
- Work Environment: Small hospital setting with access to rivers, lakes, outdoor recreation, and convenient proximity to Panama City Beach and Tallahassee
- Minimum 5 years of respiratory therapy experience required
- Current RRT credential required
- BLS
, ACLS
, and Respiratory Therapy certifications required - Experience with adult, pediatric, infant, and neonatal patient populations
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Experience with ventilator management, ABGs, EKGs, and breathing treatments strongly preferred
- Ability to float to other floors and support nursery and ER as needed
- Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and occasional call if needed
- Independent intubation experience is a plus
- Perform all aspects of respiratory care across multiple patient populations
- Manage ventilators, breathing treatments, ABG collection, and EKGs
- Support emergency, inpatient, nursery, and other assigned units as needed
- Assist with equipment cleaning, turnover, and general workflow support
- Maintain accurate documentation and charge capture in the computer system
- Respond quickly to changing patient volumes and unit needs
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Remain flexible with scheduling and assignment changes based on department needs
