The provider will manage an established and growing patient population in a collaborative, value-based care environment, with dedicated clinical and administrative support. Millennium Physician Group, part of Mosaic Health, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our primary care team in Sarasota, Florida.
