In this role, you'll assist in implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, strength, and independence under the guidance of licensed physical therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy exercises and activities for patient recovery

• Document patient progress and update care plan

• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current state licensure or certification as a PTA

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
