What You Can Expect Manageable Patient Schedule- Average
12 patient visits per day - Time to focus on
individualized treatment plans - Collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists
- AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours charting

Base Pay: $28 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics.
Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately $66,080 - $80,640 annually ($31.75 - $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.

- $1,250 annual CEU reimbursement
- PTAs within 24 months of graduation receive structured mentorship and clinical development support to help build confidence and grow their clinical skills.
- Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
