The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team.

What You Will Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and incontinence care

• Take and document vital signs as directed

• Turn and reposition residents in bed to prevent skin breakdown

• Help with one-person transfers and mobility support

• Escort or remind residents to meals, pass hydration and snacks at designated times

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces

• Monitor resident status and report changes or incidents to the Nurse or Administrator

• Make beds

• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team

What You Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Completion of an 8-hour preservice training course (5 hours classroom, 3 hours supervised simulation)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
