Location: Tallahassee
The Agency for Health Care Administration seeks a Medical/Health Care Program Analyst to develop monitoring and reporting tools for Medicaid services, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Located in the Bureau of Medicaid Quality, this role focuses on data-driven quality improvement, comprehensive care delivery, and cost reduction across Florida's Medicaid program. The position requires knowledge of managed care programs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Keyqualifications:
- Two years of experience monitoring or auditing health care programs for quality compliance
- Knowledge of managed care, health care management programs and Medicaid
- Ability to collect and analyze data and develop reports using Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to design and implement quality research models
- Ability to coordinate planning and implementation of Medicaid program monitoring reviews
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, economics, public administration, health or social services administration (preferred)
