Coverage Area: Tallaha ssee, FL / Leon, Franklin, or Taylor Counties
(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

• Guaranteed compensation for the length of the contract

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – Flexible Schedule
