The University of Florida Diabetes Institute is seeking dedicated Diabetes Peer Coaches to support medically underserved communities across Florida. These part-time, time-limited positions are funded through the ECHO Diabetes initiative and are available in multiple counties.
As a Diabetes Peer Coach, you will work with adults living with T1D and T2D in primary care and community settings, helping navigate care, connect with resources, and mentor peers, under supervision of Dr. Ashby Walker.
