Join Our Team: Located in the tranquil setting of Islamorada, Cheeca Lodge & Spa is seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual for our Bell Stand and Valet team. As a vital point of contact for our guests, this role is instrumental in providing a memorable start and end to their resort experience, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.

• Personally greet guests upon arrival and departure, addressing them by name.
• Assist with luggage, car parking, providing a smooth check-in and check-out process, and ensuring luggage is securely transported to and from guest rooms.
• Familiarize guests with the amenities of the resort and their rooms, including safety features and in-room facilities.
• Keep the entry areas, courtyard, and entrances clean, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Provide accurate directions and recommendations for resort amenities and local attractions.
• Resolve guest problems effectively, in coordination with supervisors and other departments.
• Stay informed about local activities and establishments to assist guests with queries.
• Vigilantly maintain the security of the resort, promptly reporting any issues.
• Participate in team briefings and complete training on job-specific systems.

• A welcoming and professional approach to guest service.
• Ability to handle luggage and operate a luggage cart.
• Valid US Drivers License - ability to drive a variety of cars.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear directions and recommendations.
• Attentiveness to cleanliness and detail in maintaining the resort's entrance areas.
• Readiness to coordinate with other departments for guest satisfaction.
• A commitment to safety and security protocols.
