This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarasota, FL for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure the maintenance of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, and manage the housekeeping and laundry teams. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and monitoring to ensure standards of quality are consistently met. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with team members and guests to deliver exceptional service while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

• Proven Supervisory Skills, with expertise in managing and motivating teams effectively
• Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations, with attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective teamwork
• Ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate organization, and maintain a high standard of performance
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments considered an asset
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in hospitality preferred
