The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service during check-in, throughout guests' stays, and ponsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries about hotel services, and handling check-ins and checkouts. Candidates should have a high school diploma, with preference for those with college coursework in hospitality and previous hotel experience.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
