Job Overview

As a Recreation Attendant at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories.

• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for Owner/guests in all recreational activities and areas.
• Express an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
• Provide information to Owner/guests about available recreational facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment.
• Encourage and recruit Owner/guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Register and schedule Owners/guests for activities by recording information using appropriate methods.
• Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Capable of reaching overhead and below the knees, performing bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• May require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
