Wash and sanitize all dishes and kitchen supplies;
Clean and sanitize countertops and floors;
Comply with standards as outlined in food and dish sanitation checklists;
Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service;
Ability to use all dishwashing equipment provided and required in the resort kitchen
