Part-Time Hospitality Associate – Port St. Joe, FL
Panhandle Getaways is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented local to join our team in Port St. Joe!
This is not your typical desk job. In this part-time role, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences at our vintage boutique motel, The Pink Flamingo, while supporting daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests.
Position Details
- Part-Time
- Shifts available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
What You'll Do
- Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and general inquiries
- Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality
- Support housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Assist with laundry operations and linen management
- Help manage and promote sales in the motel's general store
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for guests
- Work closely with team members to ensure a positive guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hospitality, retail, housekeeping, or customer service experience is a plus
- Local only
