The On Call Banquet Server is responsible for set-up, serving and tear down of banquet events.

$12.00 per hour plus service charges

Provide a guest experience that exemplifies South Seas standards of excellence.

• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Be on time for events and be prepared to work until the end of the event.
• Comply with the Company's grooming standards, ensuring your uniform is clean and pressed, and your name tag is in place.
• Be up to date on all required certifications including Alcohol Awareness and Serve Safe.
• Complete prep assignments prior to the event as directed by the Director of Catering or Banquet Captain.
• Maintain composure throughout the event, and work through stressful situations.
