What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with genuine Southern hospitality and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to accommodations while highlighting resort amenities, dining, golf, beaches, marina, shopping, and activities.
• Answer questions and provide recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay.
• Coordinate luggage storage and delivery with efficiency and care.
• Assist with transportation requests and communicate with resort shuttle services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Welcome Center entrance.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, Security, and Transportation teams to create seamless guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs before they even ask.
• Create memorable moments through exceptional service and positive interactions.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull luggage weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs as needed.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and wind.
• Operate luggage carts safely throughout the property.
• Safely drive resort vehicles if assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance while performing physically active duties.
