Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly;
Ensure timely, efficient meal service and adherence to Aramark guidelines;
Train inmates/food service workers in cooking procedures and use of recipes;
Maintain sanitation and safety standards per HACCP and company SOPs;
Monitor daily population counts and inventory to support production planning
