Overview: Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Dock Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance:
  • Greet and assist guests arriving at the dock, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Safely and efficiently assist with boat docking and securing.
• Boat Rental Coordination:
  • Provide information on boat rentals, tours, and other water‑based activities.
  • Facilitate the rental process, including paperwork and safety briefings.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the dock area.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Safety Oversight:
  • Enforce safety guidelines and regulations on the dock.
  • Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Customer Service:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities.
  • Enhance the overall guest experience through friendly and helpful interactions.

Physical Requirements:

• Work primarily outside, exposed to natural elements and varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on a waterfront setting with beautiful scenic views.
• Physical Stamina:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry equipment and supplies up to 75 pounds.
• Flexibility:
  • Bend, stoop, and move comfortably in different physical positions.
  • Navigate uneven terrain on the dock.
• Communication:

Qualifications:
