As a Bellman, you're the welcoming face of the resort. From greeting guests at curbside to assisting with luggage and providing helpful resort information, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable stay while ensuring every guest feels cared for, comfortable, and valued from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with genuine Margaritaville hospitality upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, and transporting bags to guest rooms.
• Provide a warm, friendly welcome and create an exceptional first impression of the resort.
• Escort guests to their rooms while providing information about resort amenities and services.
• Deliver luggage to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
• Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and general resort information.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Arrange and stage luggage carts and maintain a clean and organized bell stand area.
• Assist with transportation coordination, including valet support and guest vehicle retrieval communication.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, deliveries, and special assistance needs.
• Support group arrivals, VIP guests, and special events as needed.
• Maintain awareness of lobby activity and proactively assist guests entering the resort.
• Uphold resort standards of professionalism, appearance, and service at all times.
• Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the island dream work!

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong passion for guest service.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage and carts up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive, polished demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and peak seasons.
