In this role, you will be instrumental in providing our guests with a comfortable and clean environment, ensuring that every detail of their stay is met with the highest standard of service and cleanliness. • Sort all linens and treat stains
• Load all laundry into the washer and add specified cleaning agents
• Take wet, clean items and dry as directed
• Sort and fold or hang clean dried items
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to supervisors
• Maintain all laundry equipment and inform the facilities manager as to any maintenance needs
• Perform additional laundry services when necessary
• Keep the laundry room, linen storage, and all laundry equipment clean and organized
• Ensure that the laundry room is maintained as a clean and safe workplace
• Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and other applicable state and local regulations
• Report any safety concerns or hazards to management immediately
• Operate equipment according to all policies and procedures
• Follow all company service standards and procedures
• Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and any local legislative requirements
• Lost & Found Items found in the laundry to be communicated to supervisors and left in Housekeeping Office upon finding.
• Uphold the hotel's confidentiality and security standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or housekeeping preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if required
• Attention to detail
