Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Supervise inmates to ensure meals and food items are prepared according to production plans;
Train workers in methods of performing duties and coordinate work to improve operational efficiency;
Ensure sanitation and personal safety by conforming to all standards and regulations;
Assist in preparation and serving of meals and oversee use of Aramark recipes and proper cooking procedures;
Adhere to HACCP policies and procedures for proper food handling and storage
