Cheeca Lodge & Spa Job Opening
Northwood Hospitality LLC d/b/a Cheeca Lodge & Spa (Islamorada, FL). Three openings. Temporary, full-time job from 10/01/2026 – 07/31/2027. Work to be performed at multiple properties in Monroe County, FL. Minimum 35 hours per week.
Shifts:
Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm, or 11:00am to 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
Duties:
Responsible for informing guests of available activities, assisting with activity equipment available such as bikes, golfing, kayaks, paddle boards, ensuring that entry areas to pools, beach, and pier are clean and free of debris, providing precise directions and offering suggestions to guests for both resort amenities and nearby destinations, and collecting any used towels on lounge chairs and return chairs to upright position.
Requirements:
Three (3) months of recreation activities service experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.
