Kaiya Beach Resort on Florida's Emerald Coast seeks an Assistant Beach House Manager to support daily operations of the beach house, pool, and beachfront amenities, delivering personalized service to residents, members, guests, and VIP visitors.
You will collaborate with the Beach House Manager and multiple teams, supervise attendants, coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance, and lead shifts when on duty to uphold the highest standards.
