What are you motivated by?

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping / Laundry Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations, common areas, and resort facilities while supporting laundry operations to ensure clean, organized, and readily available linens for daily operations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our owners and guests.

What

you're great at:
  • Enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning.
  • Perform cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, removing and remaking beds, cleaning closets, and sanitizing guest accommodations while following standard operating procedures.
  • Replenish guest room and bathroom supplies.
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties such as steam-cleaning carpets, spring cleaning, and deep cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Perform minor maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and filters.
  • Operate washers and dryers, including loading, unloading, and cleaning filters as necessary.
  • Sort, inspect, fold, and organize linens by category for storage and distribution.
  • Identify heavily soiled or damaged linens, record totals, and report shortages or replacement needs to the supervisor.
  • Organize and distribute linens to housekeeping attendants and maintain stocked housekeeping closets and storage areas.
  • Record monthly linen inventory and notify management of linen or supply shortages.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, laundry facilities, storage rooms, and housekeeping carts.
  • Update the status of cleaned rooms on assignment sheets or other designated tracking systems.
  • Return and restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
  • Clean guest rooms, public areas, corridors, service areas, vending areas, restrooms, and other assigned locations throughout the property.
  • Collect trash throughout the property and assist with outdoor maintenance and special cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Be knowledgeable of resort services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries.
  • Work to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores.
  • Assist team members as needed, including helping cover shifts, cleaning guest rooms, and supporting laundry operations.
  • Report for duty on time and in proper uniform.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or laundry experience preferred.
