Guest Adventures Recreation Attendant at Cheeca Lodge & Spa Join Our Team:
Northwood Hospitality LLC, operating Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, is looking for enthusiastic Recreation Attendants. Dive into a role where you enhance the guest experience by actively engaging in the operation and oversight of our recreational amenities.

Guest Adventures Recreation Attendant - Location:
Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Islamorada, Florida Keys
- Inform guests about available activities and assist them with recreational equipment like bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and golfing gear.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around pools, beaches, and piers, ensuring all areas are free of debris.
- Provide guests with precise directions to both resort amenities and local attractions, enhancing their stay with personalized recommendations.
- Manage the distribution and collection of towels, ensuring lounge areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Passion for guest service and outdoor activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A proactive approach to handling tasks and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Must be 18 years old and speak and understand English fluently
- Must already be eligible to work in the USA – sorry no sponsor ships.
- No hand/neck/face tattoos
- No facial piercings
