Responsibilities
- Oversees Daily Operations, Ensures High-Quality Service
- Key Responsibilities Include:
Staffing (Hiring, Training, Scheduling), Managin Inventory, Handling Customer Service, and Driving Sales. - Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including maintaining licenses and complying with labor laws
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, scheduling software, and basic accounting. - Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and unexpected issues calmly.
- Experience: Proven experience in food service or hospitality management
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Capable of lifting and moving items (up to 50 lbs)
