Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to join our team! Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning, Mission Resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. We pride ourselves on delivering superior service and unrivaled hospitality.
As part of MMI Hotel Group , a company with over 70 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we’re looking for a friendly and outgoing team member to help sell golf products and services while enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests in the pro shop with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Make and manage golf tee times
- Check in golfers and ensure a smooth start to their experience
- Sell and promote pro shop merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide detailed information about products and answer guest questions
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Enjoys engaging with guests and creating a welcoming environment
- Has basic golf knowledge and a passion for the game
- Is comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
- Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills
- Works well as part of a team
