The Islands of Islamorada is seeking a General Manager to lead our team of talented hospitality professionals. This is a full-time year-round salaried exempt position overseeing a team of about 30 employees in a luxury resort environment. Base wage is based on experience and skill set, with potential bonus eligibility annually.

The Islands of Islamorada is an intimate luxury oceanfront resort in the heart of the Florida Keys, offering a highly personalized alternative to the traditional full-service resort experience. The property features 22 expansive four-bedroom villas and eight ocean-view suites, complemented by two oceanfront pools, a private beach and marina, waterfront bar, fitness and wellness offerings, pickleball, watersports, and dedicated wedding and event spaces.

The guest experience is centered on privacy, residential-style luxury and curated service, with offerings ranging from private chef experiences and concierge-arranged fishing and boating excursions to in-villa spa services and pre‑arrival provisioning. For a General Manager, it represents an opportunity to lead a distinctive, high‑touch luxury operation where exceptional service, strong local partnerships and the authentic Islamorada lifestyle are central to the property’s positioning.

Newly operated by EOS Hospitality in July of 2026, we look forward to ushering a new phase for this luxury service property.
