Job Title: Payroll & Benefits HRIS Administrator

Location: Sarasota, FL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Compensation: Target base salary of $105,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus and benefits as applicable.

About the Role

We are partnering on a confidential search for a Payroll & Benefits HRIS Administrator. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy using ADP Workforce Now. This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in precision, ownership, and follow‑through, and who is comfortable being directly responsible for ensuring payroll and benefits processes run smoothly, compliantly, and on time.

The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite.

• Payroll
  • Process biweekly payroll for approximately 300 employees across the U.S., Canada, and select international populations using ADP Workforce Now
  • Validate timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate payroll execution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and international payroll regulations
  • Prepare payroll reports and support reconciliations and audits
• Benefits Administration
  • Administer employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations within ADP
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution
  • Coordinate benefits billing, vendor communications, and open enrollment activities
• HRIS
  • Maintain accurate employee records, compensation data, and job information in ADP Workforce Now
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR and Finance stakeholders
  • Support system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements
  • Assist with employee and manager training related to HRIS functionality
• Compliance & Year‑End
  • Support payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and agency inquiries
  • Assist with year‑end processes including W‑2s, T4s, and related reporting
  • Partner with Accounting on payroll‑related audits and internal controls

• What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour, and benefits compliance
  • High attention to detail with the ability to operate independently and manage deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting audits or complex payroll environments
  • Advanced Excel or payroll reporting experience
