We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, on-site position located in Tallahassee, FL. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training, internal communications, compensation & benefits management as well as employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with employment laws, coordinating benefits, and supporting employees through various HR programs and initiatives.
Partner with other administrative leaders to meet business needs. The role also involves managing employee records, assisting with performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organization's mission and values.
- Knowledge of employee recruitment, onboarding processes, and talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in labor laws, compliance, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in benefits administration and performance management frameworks.
- Proficiency in HR technology systems and employee record management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical practice environment is advantageous.
