Our client is a leading energy company seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building meaningful relationships. You'll be based in beautiful Juno Beach, Florida, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise in full-cycle recruitment will make a direct impact on the organization's success.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from initial intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruiting methods and platforms
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
• Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders

• 0-5 years of recruiting experience (Level 1 Associate level)
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week in Juno Beach, FL
• No driving required for this position

• Competitive hourly rate of up to $38/hour
