Personnel Administrator

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Judiciary and local personnel practices and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain statistical reports such as HR internal controls and staffing data.
• Coordinate recruitment activities.
• Manage employee benefits program to keep information current, communicate changes timely, and handle inquiries accurately, promptly, and with courtesy.
• Develop and update human resources‑related web pages.
• Monitor leave program.
• Prepare employment verifications.
• Assist with special projects and all other duties as assigned.
• Travel to other branch offices in Gainesville and Pensacola as required.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least three years of general experience and two years of specialized experience in human resources and/or benefits management.
• Specialized experience in at least one, preferably two, functional areas of HR management and administration (classification, staffing, training, employee relations, etc.).
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, terminology, and procedures in human resources administration.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player who is highly motivated, flexible, and collegial.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
