Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a member of our Human Resources team, you will support full‑cycle recruitment activities across healthcare and non‑healthcare positions, creating an outstanding candidate experience from application through hire.
What You’ll Do- Support full‑cycle recruitment activities for a variety of healthcare and non‑healthcare positions
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct candidate screenings and phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with employment offers, pre‑employment processes, and onboarding transitions
- Participate in career fairs, community events, and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Create a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to hire
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience preferred
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology preferred
- Professional HR or Talent Acquisition certification is a plus
- Building relationships with candidates and leaders
- Finding creative ways to source talent
- Staying organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Contributing ideas that improve recruitment processes and outcomes
- Working as part of a collaborative Human Resources team
