Contributes to achieving recruiting initiatives, focusing on diversity and inclusion while ensuring timely hiring and low turnover. Strives to make the candidate experience positive and efficient.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Screens resumes/applications and coordinates interviews for the recruiter(s) and CAMPUS managers
  • Facilitates pre-employment assessments and conducts background screenings
  • Answers inquiries and provides feedback to candidates as needed
  • Assists with job advertisements and postings
  • Effectively communicates information about CAMPUS' culture, benefits, and compensation
  • Team player who can collaborate with employee engagement, human resources, and training to improve the employee experience
  • Enhances professional growth by gaining additional knowledge in human resources
  • Assists in preparing reports and spreadsheets for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies
Qualifications

Education

  • Associate Degree OR
  • A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily may be substituted
  • Bachelor's degree a plus

Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of similar or related experience
  • Experience in a professional environment performing administrative and data entry tasks required
