Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5+ HR Generalists
• Manage state licensing requirements
• Provide coaching and counseling skills
• Possess top‑notch organization skills

Required Experience and Ability:

• Experience managing people
• A minimum of two years of experience
• Heavy recruiting experience
• Experience with hourly employee relations
• Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity
• Strong planning, organizing, and decision‑making abilities
• Conscientious and demonstrated initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills
