Benda Infotech is seeking a passionate and collaborative individual to fill the role of Customer Care Executive/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment/Marketing Specialist
. You will play a key role in helping top talent and managing the recruitment process.

• Connect with candidates and clearly explain job requirements.
• Utilize various U.S.
  
  -based job portals to source qualified candidates.
• Assist candidates with interview preparation to ensure success.
• Maintain and update applicant data sheets accurately.
• Track applications and applicant statuses efficiently.
• Craft professional written and email communication for various purposes.
• Proactively attract potential clients and candidates.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or a related technology field (preferred).
• A quick learner who is independent, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with various job portals is a plus.
