Westinghouse - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate executive interviews – arranging high-stakes interviews with senior leaders, preparing schedules/itineraries, confirming availability, and ensuring a great candidate experience;
Candidate communication – sending interview invites, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups; acting as the main point of contact for logistics;
Manage calendars across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives across time zones with last-minute changes;
Report to the onsite manager and support interview coordination processes;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
