For nearly 30 years, DASI has been in the business of providing comprehensive aircraft inventory support for airlines, MROs, OEMs, and distributors. DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level.

Purpose:

The VP of HR is responsible for the oversight, and execution all of HR programs and services including facilities. Managing a team of six to oversee recruiting, benefits, payroll, HR systems, employee relations, talent management and facilities. With employees in several different locations this role is key to ensuring that all employees have the same experience and driving a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability that supports the organization’s mission and long-term growth.

Key accountabilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall DASI’s objectives.

Shape and evolve global talent management strategy to build enduring pipelines of high-potential and high-performing talent aligned with the company’s long-term vision

Continuously improve the development and training of our employees and leadership

Oversee HR operations including compliance, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.

Design and implement succession planning frameworks and leadership pipeline development initiatives.

Lead engagement and retention strategies, leveraging data and insights to sustain high performance

Support compensation and benefits planning, ensuring competitive and equitable reward systems to attract, motivate, and retain employees.

Continually optimize HR processes, systems, and policies to ensure efficiency, scalability, and operational rigor.

Facilitate strong communication channels between employees, leaders, and the broader organization

Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and creative culture that reflects the brand’s vision and elevates the employee experience

Operate as both strategist and practitioner—balancing vision setting with hands on leadership of core HR functions.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.

Oversee global employee relations and compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical conduct.

Provide facility management oversight, working closely with Quality and Operations on Health and safety.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Understanding of aviation industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, and workforce challenges

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Professional certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP
10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience

Experience administering HR in multi-state and multi country operations.

Experience of working in a company going through significant growth.

Proven track record of leadership in driving HR initiatives and managing HR functions at a strategic levelDASI, LLC. and group companies are an Equal Opportunities Employer
