With a strong commitment to our staff and residents, we are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to oversee our nursing home operations in Port St Joe, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of both our residents and our dedicated staff.

• Oversee HR operations for nursing home facilities in Port St Joe, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for nursing and administrative staff.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations, performance management, and training needs.
• Act as a liaison between staff and management to address concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field or relevent work experience
• Experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Florida.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
  Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
