We are looking for a Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top candidates. You will own the process from sourcing and screening to closing candidates, all while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake discussions to offer presentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, Linked In, Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain pipelines for various roles.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews to ensure skills and culture fit.
• Facilitate consistent hiring decisions and provide hiring managers with informed recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and track basic recruiting metrics.
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion hiring efforts through inclusive sourcing and an equitable hiring process.
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and professional candidate engagement.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience:

Zero to five years of recruiting or closely related experience, ideally at both an agency and in a corporate environment.

Technical

Skills:

Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency in Word is required.
