IT Technician ; Part-Time

Job Description:
Syber Stone is seeking IT Technicians to join our team and provide on-site technical support for our clients. The ideal candidates will install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware, software, and network equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end-users.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in IT or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills with hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment when necessary.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
