Project Coordinator – On‑Site – Tallahassee

Responsibilities- Assist project and program managers with documentation, facilitation, reporting, analysis, and other project delivery activities.
- Write and edit internal documentation, presentations, and workflows.
- Use innovative and advanced tools to assist with research and testing, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of data analysis and reporting.
- Perform data validation and analysis.
- Build reports and dashboards for analysis.
- Participate in peer reviews of work product.
- Revise and draft new methods and practices.
- Analyze and document processes.
- Solicit stakeholder input.
- Must complete daily reporting activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Document management principles, practices, and techniques.

- Minimum 5 years of Business Process Analysis and systems analysis.
- Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with Visio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and performing data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Dev Ops is highly desired.
- Technical experience in IBM Mainframe, distributed, and cloud computing highly desired.
- Knowledge of data migration, change and release management, testing and quality assurance tools and techniques desired.
- Preference for agile project experience and use of Azure Dev Ops.
- Research and understand business processes and inter‑relationships.
- Document and diagram business and system processes.
- Research and document impacts on agency business systems.
- Facilitate joint analysis workshops.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements as user stories in Azure Dev Ops.
- Manage backlog and work items using Azure Dev Ops.
- Coordinate with Development and QA teams.
- Develop test plans and test cases.
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts.
- Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance.
- Business Analysis – Detailed research, process modeling, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio; CBAP or CSM desired.
- System Analysis & Design – Various modeling methodologies.
- Facilitation – Expert workshop facilitation.
- Technical Understanding – IT infrastructure and software development.
- Project Management – PMBOK principles.
- Microsoft Products – SharePoint, Teams, Office, Power BI, Project.
- Stakeholder requirement documentation.
- Constructive criticism and teamwork.
