Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to ensure well-defined requirements, healthy backlogs, consistent Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional alignment across teams

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements; develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts with full traceability.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure shared understanding of scope and requirements prior to development and throughout delivery.
- Support QA activities by providing functional guidance, reviewing test results, and assisting with defect resolution and requirement refinement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive efficient delivery.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and proactively escalate delivery challenges while coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate Agile metrics and ensure Jira/Dev Ops artifacts (stories, tasks, documentation) remain current, clear, and well-organized.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum of five years as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master in an Agile environment required.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) or Agile training preferred.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365, CRM workflows, or Power Pages preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred; equivalent training/knowledge considered.
