Mode of Hire:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong customization fundamentals, hands-on AI/ML exposure, and proven leadership capabilities to guide development teams in delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

• Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
• Design and implement complex customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and custom integrations
• Drive AI/ML initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models to enhance platform capabilities
• Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Optimize system performance, data models, and integration architectures for efficiency and scalability
• Lead deployment activities, manage technical risks, and ensure successful project delivery within timelines
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML advancements, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required;
  Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical experience implementing AI-driven features in Salesforce (Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models)
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and generative AI capabilities
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
• Familiarity with Mule Soft, Python, or other data engineering tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
