Purpose
job summary:
This scope of work is for application architect services to provide design, team direction, technical guidance, code review, development work, design documentation, and other IT systems enhancement and remediation tasks required for the Florida PALM project.
- 5.1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing information technology projects.
- 5.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management.
- 5.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience with change management procedures.
- 5.4. A minimum of 3 years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
- 5.5. A minimum of 3 years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.
- 6.1. Ten years of leadership of successful development and implementation of applications in Azure environment.
- 6.2. Ten years of architect/tech lead, design and development experience with .NET application and Entity framework.
- 6.3. Ten years of experience leading technology projects.
- 6.4. Ten years of experience creating and reviewing ERDs and understanding data and processes.
- 6.5. Five years of experience with MVC.
- 6.6. Ten years of Object-Oriented programming, ASP.NET, JavaScript and application development using C#.
- 6.7. Five years of experience with Azure Build and Deployment automation processes.
- 6.8. Five years of experience with Azure Dev Ops, including pipelines, triggers, blob storage, data migration (between cloud and on-prem), data warehouse, scheduling VMs, and Webjobs, ADF, Graph API, ARM templates.
- 6.9. Experience with Azure ASE and integration with SQL MI.
- 6.10. Experience with Azure Data Warehouse and integration with SQL MI.
- 6.11. Five years of experience with Reporting Tools such as Crystal, SSRS, Power BI or similar technologies.
- 6.12. Five years of experience with Azure cost analysis.
- 6.13. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 6.14. Florida State experience preferred.
- 7.1. SERVICE TASKS:
Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: - 7.1.1. Collaborate with the project manager, business analysts, and other technical leads to collect and clarify functional and technical requirements as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.2. Conduct remediation of application architecture as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.3. Assist the Project Manager with monitoring, estimating, and tracking development team productivity as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.4. Assist project manager, business analysts, and other technical leads with development tasks as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.5. Provide technical guidance to developers and Department Project Manager as directed by the Department Project Manager and Department.
- 7.1.6. Provide technical training and guidance to development team members as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.7. Conduct code review as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.8. Work with the Department Office of Information Technology and all other development teams to analyze and minimize costs associated with the Azure environment as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.9. Modify, create, and test application code and database code for remediation with a zero-defect rate as directed by the Department.
- 7.1.10. Document application modifications and additions as coding tasks are assigned by the Department Project Manager and Department, and store in a document repository as directed by the Department.
