Senior IT Business Systems Analyst; Juno , FL

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00/hr

Our client is a leading energy provider serving customers across the United States. In this role, you will serve as a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst working with a team of world-class cybersecurity professionals. You will support the Cybersecurity Strategic Initiatives team, a functional area responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information and computing networks. You will work with sophisticated cyber technologies to analyze business processes, enhance existing systems, deploy new technologies, and recommend solutions to protect the company from cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats.

This position is responsible for analyzing business processes and practices to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.

• Work with customers to gather, document, and communicate requirements to developers for both support and enhancements
• Coordinate initiatives and projects across functional teams
• Perform integration testing and regression testing to ensure quality solutions
• Provide customer support by investigating and resolving support issues
• Deliver training and demonstrations to stakeholders and end users
• Create training content including presentations, guides, job aids, and videos
• Document procedures and flowcharts for both new and existing processes
• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize ITIL processes and work management platforms such as Service Now and Change Gear
• Recommend process and technology-related solutions or improvements to protect against cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats
• Support the enhancement and deployment of new and existing technologies
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related field
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role (required)
• Experience working in cybersecurity or technology risk environments (preferred)

• Strong ability to gather, document, and communicate technical requirements effectively
• Excellent coordination and project management capabilities
• Proficient in testing methodologies including integration and regression testing
• Strong customer support and issue investigation skills
• Effective training delivery and presentation abilities
• Skilled in creating diverse training materials and documentation
• Experience documenting technical procedures and process flowcharts
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
• Proficient with work management platforms such as Service Now and Change Gear
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Visio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work across technical and business teams
