IT Project​/Program Manager - Level 2

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to provide formal leadership and work direction to cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely and effective execution of enterprise IT initiatives. This role oversees the delivery of technology solutions impacting multiple business units, aligning IT capabilities with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project governance, stakeholder management, and resource optimization skills while driving continuous improvement across IT processes and frameworks.

• Location: Juno Beach, FL
• Duration: 12‑Month Contract
• Pay Range: $40‑$45/hr

• Provide structured leadership and ongoing direction to assigned project teams
• Plan, direct, and oversee IT project installations impacting multiple business areas
• Develop detailed project work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations
• Manage project budgets, risks, changes, and dependencies using formal PM tools and processes
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Deliver executive‑level reporting and project oversight
• Support continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks

• Agile project management methodologies
• IT governance and strategic planning
• Financial forecasting and budget management
• Cloud‑based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Trello, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops
• Experience leading Microsoft 365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Power Platform)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience leading IT projects and managing cross‑functional teams
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑level technical implementations
