Program Manager​/Project Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with multiple, diverse teams.
• 10+ years of experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira
  .
• Strong experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Hands‑on experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation
  .
• Proven expertise in risk and issue management
  , milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and producing internal and external status reports
  .
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and meet overall project objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  .

• Track project milestones and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Lead coordination across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Manage vendors and third‑party project deliverables.

• Agile or Scrum certification

• Experience managing waterfall projects

• Experience with state government projects
