Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a well-known organization in Tallahassee Florida that is searching for a Business Analyst to support their implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management.
This will be a contract role for 1 year with option to renew, and will be located on site in Tallahassee, FL.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with project objectives.
Responsibilities:- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements clearly.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Process flow diagrams for modeling.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability in Azure Dev Ops.
- Support testing activities by creating user acceptance test cases and coordinating UAT.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and oversee testing and rollout.
- Work within Agile frameworks (Feature Driven Design and Scrum) to deliver iterative solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for business analysis and process improvement.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology modernization projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience analyzing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to support strategic goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions.
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst for software development projects.
- Proficiency in eliciting requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Hands‑on experience using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub for backlog management and tracking.
- Experience developing and executing user acceptance test cases.
- Experience utilizing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights and support decision-making.
