Job SummaryThis is a Support Services Supervisor – Senior Management Analyst Supervisor – SES position in the General Tax Administration Program, Business Technology Office, Solutions Support Unit. The incumbent manages a team of business analysts responsible for providing analytical research and end-user support services across multiple locations. The incumbent plans, assigns, and oversees work to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with agency objectives.
The incumbent coordinates project activities associated with the design, development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring compliance with agency standards, policies, and procedures. The incumbent also participates in procurement activities, including requirements development, vendor evaluation and coordination, and the purchase of technology-related goods and services.
- Five years of experience related to providing computer hardware, software, or networking support.
- Two years of experience managing personnel who provide support in the areas of desktops, laptops, network devices, software, or other computer peripherals.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for four years of the required experience related to providing computer hardware, software, or networking support.
- Professional experience must have been performed in a support environment that required customer support and user interaction.
The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $6,291.67 monthly/$75,500.04 annually.
